Alorica Inc

Led development and modernization efforts for a large-scale Salesforce-based quality management platform used by Altria Inc to track post-delivery product quality operations across approximately 4,000 employees and more than 50,000 vendors. Responsibilities included application architecture redesign, API development, security testing, refactoring, disaster recovery planning, and integration between Salesforce and .NET backend services. The project emphasized scalability, operational efficiency, enterprise CRM integration, and long-term maintainability within a high-volume production environment.
